Community Futures Development Corporation - North Okanagan along with Okanagan Partnership worked with Twin Creek Media to develop an advanced business portal for the Okanagan Valley.
Launched in the spring of 2010, the site has been well received by 1500+ businesses that have joined the growing online community. The site acts as a massive collaboration tool, allowing specific searches, job postings, event listings, investment opportunities, and social media feeds.

BEST WESTERN PLUS Kelowna Hotel & Suites

In 2010, Best Western Kelowna’s Marketing Director told Twin Creek Media, “This is your account to lose!”
The message was clear: we’re trusting you with online marketing, but you better show results by the end of the year. Twin Creek revamped the entire online presence, starting with a highly search engine friendly, beautiful new website to do battle in the Google wars. Adding a monthly regimen of internet marketing tactics, article writing, link building, videos, social media marketing and email newsletters, the hotel finally had a web presence that matched its amazing physical presence.
Within a few months, web traffic had doubled, and bookings were up. Best Western Kelowna continues to partner with Twin Creek Media for ongoing web and print work.

City of Kelowna

The City of Kelowna was looking for a self-contained website that could handle the public conversations and official communication around the downtown plans for the future.
Using the easy-to-update Wordpress platform, Twin Creek Media custom built a template and the sections that were needed. The site visually matches the City’s main site and felt seamless to the end users. Data could be tracked and collected and a Twitter feed streamed live using a hashtag we created called #mydowntown. All in all, a great success.
Okanagan Regional Library

The Okangan Regional Library was looking for a comprehensive online redevelopment that addressed the needs of multiple users of the communities’ resources. Twin Creek Media guided the process from start to finish: user experience, design, advanced web functionality and reporting, as well as handling all schedule and budget constraints.
The initial project launched in early 2010 to much acclaim. Print materials and a social media marketing campaign were developed to support the launch of the new website. Additional web features are planned as a long-term strategic partnership develops.

The Woman’s Place

The Woman’s Place (TWP) is a popular women-only gym in Kelowna, BC. They wanted to use their website as a sales tool and provide an organized place for members to get information. After analyzing TWP’s existing website from the perspective of user friendliness and Google friendliness, they realized it fell short in a number of crucial areas.
The new website is friendly, inviting, and very informative. It also ranks great in the search engines thanks to keyword rich copywriting. TWP staff can add new pages of information, create fitness class schedules, and take new member sign-ups... they love it!
