- Are your goals S.M.A.R.T.? Vague goals are the enemy of progress. Here's a much better method– make them specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
- Goals go beyond just finances. They could be related to any key performance indicator that your business tracks. KPIs could include subscriptions or signups, downloads, people-related or recruitment goals. Marketing departments play in role in achieving a wide range of goals.
