Tapping into the collective minds of your customers or clients can be very insightful. Twin Creek can create surveys and polls designed to engage customers and gather research. As a side benefit, you'll probably get new opportunities you didn't expect as well.
Rapid results with polls
There are a few main types of polls—each can benefit your business in a unique way. Understanding your audience can help determine what poll is going to best suit you by creating the most engagement while gathering the information you need.
- Multiple-choice polls: The audience chooses from the response options you provide.
- Open-ended polls: The audience responds freely to the poll with anything they wish.
- Q&A polls: The audience submits responses and can anonymously agree or disagree with other responses by upvoting or downvoting.
- Ranking polls: The audience ranks the response options you provide.
I don't hire a lot of number-crunchers, and I don't trust fancy marketing surveys. I do my own surveys and draw my own conclusions. Donald Trump
Regarding the previous quote, thanks for proving our point, Donald. James Shaw
Dig deeper with surveys
Surveys are a bit more complex. We don’t know too many people who want to spend half their day filling out a convoluted survey, so you must consider how much information you need—do you need to know the “why” or is a simple response enough?
Questions can get respondents to agree or disagree, answer on a scale, or select an answer out of multiple options, but often branch out and ask follow-up questions depending on a previous answer.
So why not put it out there? You may be surprised what people really think.
