Metal Structure Concepts (MSC) specializes in all forms of steel construction, including pre-engineered steel and structural steel, ranging from 1,000 – 200,000 sq. ft. for customers anywhere in BC, AB, SK, and Northern Canada. This family-run business has been in the steel and metal building industry since the 1960s.
Twin Creek has exceeded our expectations and has increased our online presence. We have already noticed increased inquiries and revenue.

Farms, wineries, workshops, manufacturing plants, self-storage facilities, mining companies, lumber yards, mechanic shops… Metal Structure Concepts’ customers are diverse both in location and industry. As the internet changed the way people research and do business, MSC found themselves behind the 8-ball. The company was already successful but needed to modernize their sales & marketing processes.
Twin Creek started working with the owners on strategy first. We created a roadmap for the future, created a new website that would become a superstar “digital salesperson”, and then launched advertising that combined the best of traditional tactics with digital options.
MSC has become one of Twin Creek’s longest client relationships, going on 10 years. The timeframe has given us the chance to really get to know each other and create great results.
