The Matrix by twincreekmedia: end-user license agreement

1. What The Matrix is. The Matrix is an internal software tool owned and operated by Twin Creek Media Inc. (“TCM”), 204-1905 Baron Road, Kelowna, BC V1X 6W2. It is used by TCM staff to plan client marketing, prepare reports and create invoices in TCM’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the public.

2. Who may use it. Only people TCM has given an account (TCM employees and contractors) may use The Matrix, and only for TCM’s work. Access ends when TCM removes the account.

3. QuickBooks connection. The Matrix connects only to TCM’s own QuickBooks Online company, approved by a TCM QuickBooks administrator. It creates unsent invoices there and reads TCM’s customer and product lists. It does not connect to anyone else’s QuickBooks company.

4. Acceptable use. Users must keep their sign-in private, must not try to reach data they have not been given access to, and must not copy or share client information outside TCM’s work.

5. Ownership. TCM owns The Matrix. Client data stays the property of TCM and its clients.

6. No warranty. The Matrix is provided as is, for TCM’s internal use. TCM staff review every invoice in QuickBooks before it is sent.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, TCM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of The Matrix.

9. Changes. TCM may update this agreement; the date above shows the latest version.

10. Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
