We know you don’t have time for long, exhaustive onboarding processes. We have a streamlined process to make onboarding fast, painless, and thorough. Onboarding starts with a kickoff meeting, and we will get to know each other, review what assets you already have, and which online accounts are set up already. From there, we organize logins and centralize your secure passwords. You'll love how organized we are, and hopefully, this is the last time you'll need to herd cats. The process is usually wrapped up in a week or two while we're simultaneously working on your Marketing Roadmap or design project.

Through our baseline performance reporting, we'll discover what's working and what's not. Campaigns that are generating leads or sales will continue and be optimized. Other campaigns that are burning money, will be paused. Evaluating ads that have strong ROI requires a robust measurement strategy - which is one of our agency's strengths.

After 2 months, you'll start to see the impact of new marketing and advertising tactics. The first 4-6 weeks are spent creating a solid strategy - the stage we call a Marketing Roadmap. Skipping this stage is like trying to build a house without any blueprints or floorplans. To recap, all projects move through the same stages. For one-projects like a website or video, the stages are strategy, design, and launch. For ongoing marketing projects, the stages are strategy, design, and advertising.

We don't have any minimum contract lengths. We prefer not to lock anybody into anything. Some projects are short-term by nature since they're one-off projects. That said, our average client relationship is about 4 years. We've worked with some companies for over 10 years. Every journey starts with the first step.

Although there are no guarantees or crystal balls, we have a wide range of experience in many industries to draw from. During the early stages of Marketing Roadmaps, we'll discuss revenue targets and marketing budgets. We've seen real ROI of 0x up to 250x, which is such a large range that it's not very helpful. Comparing your expectations to industry norms and similar companies, we should be able to predict a general range of future performance. The majority of clients are profitable between 5-10x ROI - meaning $1 invested results in $5-10 in revenue. Some companies have very slim margins and need to see higher than 10x. In any case, we can do the math and make sure we're starting with good performance models that can be updated with actual data as we go.
