We know you don’t have time for long, exhaustive onboarding processes. We have a streamlined process to make onboarding fast, painless, and thorough. Onboarding starts with a kickoff meeting, and we will get to know each other, review what assets you already have, and which online accounts are set up already. From there, we organize logins and centralize your secure passwords. You'll love how organized we are, and hopefully, this is the last time you'll need to herd cats. The process is usually wrapped up in a week or two while we're simultaneously working on your Marketing Roadmap or design project.

There's a handoff between whoever is managing your ads accounts now and our team. Through our baseline performance reporting, we'll discover what's working and what's not. Campaigns that are generating leads or sales will continue and be optimized. Other campaigns that are burning money, will be paused. Evaluating ads that have strong ROI requires a robust measurement strategy - which is one of our agency's strengths.

During the first 4 weeks we can often identify some quick wins—such as tweaking social media ads, Google ads, or sending out an email blast. We've generated (or saved!) $10,000s early on. After the Marketing Roadmap process is complete (4-6 weeks), the real results start ramping up...you'll see increase across your entire marketing funnel. More eyes on your company, more website visitors, more inquiries, and $$$ revenue follows. This is marathon, not a sprint. But hey, we're up for a run.

Month by month. Nobody is chained to a nasty contract. We prefer not to lock anybody into anything. Some projects are short-term by nature since they're one-off projects. That said, our average client relationship is about 4-5 years. We've worked with some companies for over 10 years. Because we don't work with our clients competitors, we enjoy dedicating ourselves to companies longterm.

Although there are no guarantees or crystal balls, we have a wide range of experience in many industries to draw from. During the early stages of Marketing Roadmaps, we'll discuss revenue targets and marketing budgets. We've seen real ROI of 0x up to 250x, which is such a large range that it's not very helpful. Comparing your expectations to industry norms and similar companies, we should be able to predict a general range of future performance. The majority of clients are profitable between 5-10x ROI - meaning $1 invested results in $5-10 in revenue. We see 10x, 20x, 30x on a regular basis. Our team is usually more cost-effective than trying to hire a bunch of employees to do the same thing. We also don't markup or charge commission on ads, which is often an argument against hiring a marketing agency.
